All of your projects, tasks, supplies, and photos are stored locally on your device. Reno Tracker doesn’t use accounts or the cloud, so your data stays private to your device.
Because data is stored only on your device, it isn’t backed up by Reno Tracker itself. If your device data was included in an iOS or iCloud device backup, restoring that backup will bring your projects back. Otherwise, project data can’t be recovered after the app is deleted.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account used to buy Pro originally. Pro is a one-time purchase, so restoring is free.
Open a project, go to the Photos tab, and tap the add button to choose a photo or video from your library. The first time you do this, iOS will ask for permission to read your photo library.
Open a task’s detail view and use the link field to paste a video URL, for example a YouTube link.
Email support@sevenstackapps.com with a description of what happened, and a screenshot if possible. We read every message.
